I'm a great believer in the whole idea of "When in Rome", and as much as I love many aspects of Scottish culture, I like to get right into the lifestyle of the places I visit. To that end, Monday morning for me began with a short walk from our appartment to THE most important place for Canadian coffee drinkers, Tim Hortons!! This was almost a pilgrimage for me as I've been drinknig Tim Hortons coffee at home for the last couple of years thanks to folks bringing them over to me from Canada, and it was one of the things that Chris introduced me to when he was in Scotland. This was really special though as I got to order one fresh from the store, which was the first of many I'm sure. Heavenly!!
